Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Only items purchased directly from store.blazarlens.com are eligible for refunds through Blazar Lens.

Products purchased from other retailers or distributors must be returned to the original point of purchase, as their refund policies may differ from ours.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not been shipped, you may email us at info@blazarlens.com (with your order number beginning in #BL) to request a complete cancellation and refund.

If your order has been shipped, you may return it for a refund, as long as the items are unopened. See RETURN CONDITIONS below for more information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return items must be new, UNOPENED, and sealed:
    • Include all original packaging, accessories, and materials.
    • If it's a lens set, the zip tie must remain unbroken.
    • For all other items, the plastic shrink wrap must be unopened.
  • Lens sets must be returned as a complete set. Individual lenses from a set cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
  • However, if you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, that is exempt from the above requirements.

REFUNDS FOR RETURNS

  • The refund for the returned items may include a 5-10% restocking fee depending on the condition of the return, or to cover costs associated with the return.
  • If you paid extra shipping costs or customs duties, those costs will not be refunded.
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs or any additional customs duties on the return shipment.

EXCHANGE SHIPMENTS

For exchanges, we process exchanges only after we receive the returned items. This is because all returns go through a quality inspection process to ensure fairness and provide the best service to all our customers.

In your email, please include your order number beginning in #BL so we can better assist you.
