Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to set up an account to place an order. Creating an account not only simplifies the checkout process by storing your shipping information but also gives you access to your order history. Additionally, having an account unlocks future exclusive discounts and offers, making your shopping experience more rewarding.

When will my Remus order be shipped?
- Generally, current Remus pre-orders are delivered in 3-4 weeks.
- Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, military or diplomatic bases and certain zip codes may take longer
When will my order be shipped?
Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping time is shown for each product when you place an order at shop If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.
How do I change my shipping information?
If you need to change your shipping information, such as shipping address and phone number, please contact us at info@blazarlens.com before the order is shipped.
How do I cancel after I have submitted the order, but it has not shipped?
If your order has not been shipped, you can log in to your GreatJoy Shop account and cancel your order in "My Orders". If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. Please contact the customer service team info@blazarlens.com to apply for a sales return.
Can I pick up my order at Blazar Lens?
You can email info@blazarlens.com for the "Pick Up In-Store" option.
Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to pick up.
Bring your identification and notification order email to our store.
Inspection and Sign
Shipments over $299 in value are sent requiring a signature at delivery unless otherwise specified.
As Blazar Lens products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, Blazar Lens will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.
The risk of any damage to the Goods shall pass to you on dispatch from the premises of the Company or, where the Goods are to be collected by you, on you collecting the Goods from the Company. To be clear, the risk of damage or loss passes to you when the shipment leaves our facility. If in an unfortunate circumstance the shipment is damaged or lost during transit, you have the option of filing a claim with the shipping company (whether it is insured or not) and the shipping company may decide to pay or refuse the claim. We have no control over that decision, but we are happy to provide assistance in gathering any documentation (such as a copy of the Commercial invoice) that may be needed for this process through our support department.

Does the Great Joy 35mm lens has a flare option?
No, due to our optical structure optimization, the 35mm will only give flare toward the strong light. You can refer to the images on the WORK page.
Is the Great Joy 35mm lens a rear anamorphic?
GREAT JOY 35mm lens is not a rear anamorphic nor the hybrid one. It is the front anamorphic lens.
Is the PL mount swappable to EF mount?
Yes, the PL&EF mount option lens is swappable.
*Other mount options ( RF/E/L/MFT) are not swappable to other mounts.
How is the compatibility of the Great Joy 1.8x Anamorphic lens with a EF mount camera?
Based on our current test results, the following cameras are compatible: Zcam-E2 (with built-in filters), Mavo Mark2/Edge/LF, BMPCC6K, BMPCC6K Pro, BMPCC6K URAS Mini Pro, RED Monstro 8K VV/Komodo/V-Rapter/DSMC2 Models, Canon SLR cameras, and Canon EF mount cine cameras, compatible with Canon original EF-RF adapter ring.
*Speed boosters and adapters with built-in filters or glass elements are not compatible.
What is the size of the follow focus tooth?
Both the focus ring and iris ring are standard 0.8 modulus gears with 98 teeth.
Does Blazar Lens plan to release more focal options for the 1.8x Anamorphic?
We currently only carry 35/50/85mm focal options. For more focal, please follow up on our website if we have any focals coming.

Return and Refund
Only items that have been purchased directly from store.blazarlens.com are qualified for a refund through Blazar Lens. Products that have been purchased from a different retailer or distributor must be returned there instead. The retailer's refund policy may differ from Blazar Lens.
Only New sealed items may be returned within 5 days of delivery/pick-up. Refunds for returned or canceled orders are eligible for 100% store credit or 85% refund, less the cost of shipping or customs duty. New item returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and materials and may be subject to an additional restocking fee if they are returned with any signs of use or wear.
